Trader Vic’s Celebrates 1 Year at its First and Only Airport Location, Mineta San José International
Leading international restaurant company celebrates continued success of first in-terminal restaurant and grab-n-go outpost
San José, Calif. – Trader Vic’s announces the 1st year anniversary celebration of its two restaurant offerings at Mineta San José International Airport (SJC) – the Outpost Grab ‘N Go and full-service restaurant. The San José Airport locations serve as an extension of the legendary Trader Vic’s brand through its renowned Asian fusion cuisine and tropical cocktails while welcoming a new audience of travelers to the Trader Vic’s family.

Trader Vic’s at SJC welcomes guests to its 122-seat Restaurant and Outpost located in Terminal B near Gate 23. Doors open with the first flight out and closes after the last flight departs. Travelers arriving and departing at SJC are treated to a selection of Trader Vic’s - SJC - popular menu items, including Vic’s Signature Tuna Poke, Chicken Katsu Bowl, Hawaiian Lunch plates, and the famed Original Mai Tai.
Trader Vic’s also offers a “Traders to Be” mocktail menu created to welcome travelers of all ages to experience the iconic Bay Area brand.
