Winner Selection and Notification: The Mineta San Jose International Airport will select the winner through a random drawing on December 15, 2020 from all entries received during the Entry Period. The Mineta San Jose International Airport’s selection of a winner will be final and binding in all respects. The potential winner will be contacted within fourteen calendar days from the date of the prize drawing. The potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules to qualify for the prize. Entrants that do not win will not be notified.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received across Mineta San Jose International Airport's (SJC) Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter channels.
Prize: One eligible winner will receive a travel voucher redeemable for two (2) tickets for a roundtrip flight from SJC to PSP on Alaska Airlines plus two (2) nights hotel stay and two (2) golf passes (courtesy of Visit Palm Springs) to a randomly selected winner..
Prize Terms and Conditions:
• Both tickets must be booked at the same time and cannot be used separately. All travel must be booked within 12 months from the issue date of the travel voucher.
• Travel vouchers cannot be sold, bartered, nor used as part of an online auction. Vouchers used in such a manner will become null and void.
• Travel vouchers are not transferable and become null and void upon any attempted transfer.
• Travel vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Additional Air Travel Prize Terms and Conditions: Air travel redeemed with a travel voucher will be subject to all of Alaska Airlines’ then-current ticket terms, conditions, restrictions, and fees, which may include without limitation:
• Restrictions may apply on popular travel dates, holidays, and flights, and to certain destinations (the following black-out dates apply: __________________.
• Tickets are subject to availability and may not be available on all flights or all days of the week.

To Claim Prize: The potential winner will be required to complete and return to the City of San Jose a Prize Eligibility Certificate and Acceptance Agreement (the “Acceptance Certification”), in substantially the form included below, within 10 days after notice of selection. All results are unofficial until the City of San Jose’s acceptance of the potential winner’s executed Acceptance Certification. In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the entrant cannot be contacted, or if the potential winner can or does not truthfully certify to the content of the Acceptance Certification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Upon the City of San Jose’s identification and confirmation of the winner, a written travel voucher will be provided from Alaska Airlines containing specific instructions for booking the prize tickets. Hotel and golf pass vouchers will be provided by Visit Palm Springs.
Conditions: The City of San Jose reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: (1) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Drawing, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the City of San Jose’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Drawing; (2) modify these Official Rules at any time, to waive minor entry informalities without liability, or to otherwise modify, suspend, or terminate the Drawing at any time; and (3) disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Drawing or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Drawing may be a violation of law. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Drawing is terminated before the end date stated above the City of San Jose may, but is not obligated to, determine a winner from all potentially eligible entries received as of the termination date. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Drawing, or whom the Sponsors believe to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage will be disqualified in the City of San Jose’s sole discretion. The City of San Jose reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed, or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method. Entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the City of San Jose regarding the administration of this Drawing, which decisions will be final and binding in all respects.

Release of Liability and Indemnification: I release the Grantees from all liability arising out of my participation in the Drawing or the use of my Image by the Grantees.
