In June, our Facilities Division celebrated the groundbreaking for their new headquarters.
The new Facilities building will boast state-of-the-art features and cutting-edge technology, catering to a wide array of needs. Equipped with modern technology, big windows, spacious desks and collaborative spaces, it will provide a comfortable working environment for our Facilities Team. On the ground level, there are the maintenance shops. On the top level, the administration offices encompass an extensive range of amenities.
Additionally, the incorporation of sustainable practices and energy-efficient systems (like LED lighting) will ensure a greener and more eco-friendly approach. The enhanced capabilities offered by this building will attract top talent, encourage collaboration and nurture creativity.
The construction is expected to be completed in approximately one year. This new building also clears the way for future terminal expansion to support SJC’s growth.
