The SJC Santa Cruz Warriors Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. City of San José employees, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of an Employees' immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees are ineligible to participate in the SJC Santa Cruz Warriors Sweepstakes.
The entry period will close on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 12 p.m. PST. One (1) winner will be randomly selected by SJC. Winners will be contacted via Instagram within 2 days, and then asked to connect by email. The randomly selected winner will have 24 hours to respond to SJC to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond within the 24 hour window, that winner will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be randomly selected.
The winner will receive four (4) tickets to attend the Santa Cruz Warriors game on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. PST at Kaiser Permanente Arena in Santa Cruz, California. Tickets may not be substituted for a game on a different date.
