West Side General Aviation Development - Airport Minimum Standards

The City’s Airport Department invites interested consultants (“Consultant” and “Proposer”) to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Program Management Support Services (PMSS) in support of the implementation of the Airport’s Capital Improvement Program.

The Consultant will (i) provide strategic and technical advisory support to City leadership and management; (ii) develop and recommend alternatives and evaluate strategies; (iii) recommend project delivery processes and procedures; and (iv) assist with implementing a program controls system to ensure the successful completion and commissioning of the Amended Airport Master Plan projects and other projects that may be assigned (as further discussed in the RFQ); and do so in compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and with a level of quality.
