Keeping you informed. Hearing your concerns. Providing answers to your questions. That’s the Airport’s Good Neighbor Policy.
Mineta San José International Airport is an important contributor to the economy of Silicon Valley. And because we’re close to many San José and Santa Clara residents, the Airport is also committed to being a responsible operator and a good neighbor.
Our goal is to keep our communities informed of Airport developments, make sure community concerns are heard, and address those concerns quickly and effectively.
Among the Airport’s services for community groups are:
Community Input
We gather public input on Airport issues affecting the community and we will arrange meetings between communities and appropriate Airport staff.
Speakers Bureau
We can provide speakers and presentations for business and community groups.
Noise Abatement and Environmental Services
As part of the Airport’s commitment to being a good neighbor, we continually seek ways to improve environmental quality through Airport operations and investments. To report noise issues, please call the Noise Report Recorder (408) 452-0707. Your call will be returned the next business day.
If you would like to speak with an Airport Representative, please call
(408) 392-3600 or email us at info@sjc.org.
